Nirdisha shows open jobs at Indian companies on a map. Pick a city, see who is hiring there, and go straight to the company to apply.
Every listing comes from the company’s own careers page, and we check those pages every hour. Nothing here is copied off another job board, and we leave staffing agencies out.
Two rules
A job leaves this site the day the company takes it down, not a week later.
Nothing stays here longer than 90 days either. If a role has been sitting open for three months it is probably not getting filled. Chasing it wastes your evening.
So you will not find a job here that closed in June.
What this does not do
We do not take applications and we never ask for your resume. There is no account to make and nothing to pay. Every job links out to the company’s own page, and that is where you apply.
We also do not have every job in India. We only list companies that publish their openings in a public feed, and plenty of good employers do not, so their jobs are missing here.
If you are hiring
Your company can go on this map, and listing is free.
Send the company name and a link to the role. A person reads every submission and checks it before it goes up, so you will not get an instant reply.
Link to your own careers page if you can. Then when you close the role it comes off this site by itself, and nobody wastes time applying to a job you have already filled.
