If you are an employer and want a listing taken down, say so in the subject line. It comes down the same day we read it.
For a formal complaint about anything on this site, the Grievance Officer is Hrittik Sikdar, at the same address. We acknowledge within 24 hours and settle it within 15 days.
We read everything. Replies usually take a day or two, sometimes longer. This is one person, not a support desk.
To add a company, the suggestion form is quicker. Employers can post a job for free.
