What this is

Nirdisha collects openings from employers’ own public careers feeds and puts them on a map. We are not a recruiter and not a staffing agency. We are not part of whatever happens between you and an employer.

We never take applications. Every listing links out to the employer’s own page, and that is where you apply. Using the site costs nothing and there is no account to make.

Whose words these are

Every listing here was written by the employer and published on their own careers page, or sent in by someone through the Post a job form. We carry that content, we do not write it, and we do not check whether it is true. Nirdisha is an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the complaints route below is how anything gets taken down.

What we do not promise

Listings appear as the employer published them. Titles, locations, pay and dates are whatever went into their own feed. A role can be filled or withdrawn before we notice. Check the employer’s own page before you act on anything you read here.

We do not promise the site will be up, that a listing is still open, or that applying through it leads anywhere.

Our two rules

A listing closes here the day it leaves the employer’s feed. Nothing stays longer than 90 days from the day it was listed, even when the employer is still showing it. Those are our rules rather than theirs, and we can change them.

Complaints and takedowns

If something on this site breaks the law or your rights, write to nirdisha.in@gmail.com with the link and what is wrong with it.

Grievance Officer: Hrittik Sikdar, reachable at nirdisha.in@gmail.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and settle it within 15 days. Anything a court or a government agency orders removed comes down within 36 hours.

If you are an employer

Write to nirdisha.in@gmail.com, and your listing comes down the same day we read it. You do not need to give a reason.

Anything sent through the Post a job form has to be a real opening at a real company. A person reads every submission before it goes live, and we can refuse or remove any of it without explaining ourselves.

What you may not do

Do not scrape the listings or copy them in bulk, and do not point automated tools at the site. What is here is not yours to resell or pass off as your own.

Who owns what

The words in a listing belong to the employer who wrote them. The site, its design, and the way the listings are put together belong to Hrittik Sikdar. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and is used under their licence.

If something goes wrong

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using this site, from a listing being wrong, or from the site being down.

Where this applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
