ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:-
- Overall experience in 15+ years which includes managing large, cross functional, multi geography projects
- Candidate should be familiar with the Offshore – Onshore model
- Should be adept at managing Risk and Issues.
- Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, Lean methodologies
- Vendor / 3rd party management
- Relationship management (both internal and external) and networking skills.
- Excellent 360 degree influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple work threads at one time
- International experience or experience of dealing with international resources (project team and user base will be dispersed across multiple locations)
- Ability to work effectively to strict timelines and deadlines.
