Vendor Onboarding Helpdesk

Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate/Senior Associate – Vendor Onboarding to join our Procurement Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Vendor Management, SAP MM, SaaS-based Procurement Platforms, MS Office, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end vendor onboarding activities, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and driving process efficiency through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Onboarding & Management Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding processes, including documentcollection, verification, due diligence, and system registration. Coordinate with vendors through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure timelycompletion of onboarding requirements. Ensure vendor master data accuracy and compliance with organizationalpolicies. Support vendor lifecycle management activities, including updates andmaintenance of vendor records.
SAP & Procurement Operations: Work extensively on SAP MM and SaaS-based procurement platforms for vendoronboarding and master data management. Coordinate between procurement, finance, compliance, and business teams tofacilitate smooth onboarding. Resolve onboarding-related issues and provide operational support tostakeholders.
Dashboard & Reporting Develop and maintain management dashboards, MIS reports, and performancetrackers using MS Excel and other reporting tools. Analyze onboarding metrics and generate actionable insights for management. Monitor onboarding turnaround times and identify opportunities for processimprovement.
Stakeholder Management Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to understand onboardingrequirements and provide timely support. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. Ensure effective communication and follow-up with all stakeholders to achieveonboarding targets.
Required Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply ChainManagement, or related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Vendor Onboarding, ProcurementOperations, Supplier Management, or SAP MM. Hands-on experience with SAP MM and SaaS Procurement Platforms. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reportingtools. Experience in dashboard development, MIS reporting, and data analysis.

Preferred Experience Experience working in procurement shared services or vendor mastermanagement environments. Exposure to compliance, audit, and supplier due diligence processes. Knowledge of procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes and vendor governanceframeworks.
