Internship - Talent Acquisition

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment databases. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:* Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.* Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.* Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.* Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.* Support the team with offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups.* Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
