MAKE AN IMPACT

WPB NFR lead - GCB4 - Strong Portfolio Services background to support Transformation Leadership and Group Transformation Office to shape new ways of working and processes to optimise IWPB portfolios.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks impact assessment and management to support change delivery across IWPB Portfolio
• Develop IWPB-specific approach and guidance on Data Control Impact Assessment and management, working in collaboration with Group Data Office and IWPB Data Control teams. Drive active risk management practice across IWPB portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout delivery lifecycle
• Work with IWPB Portfolio Assurance to determine the continuous monitoring approach for NFR including Data Control across Tier-1 portfolios, and evaluate the monitoring results for future improvement. Expand on the engagement with IWPB Business Risk & Resilient team to support Operational Resilience agenda
