Skills and Qualifications
7+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java, Microservices and Kafka
Java Microservices Back end Developer
Java Sprint boot Microservices with expected knowledge of Kafka, Basic knowledge of Database. Experience with TDD and BDD. Must have experience with one of cloud (GCP, AWS or Azure). Also experience with Kubernetes and containers
- Hands-on experience on Spring boot, Webservices, Microservices, SOAP and REST
- Drive analysis of business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specification documents to design
and develop technical solutions that meet business needs - Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and obtain broader buy-in across global stakeholders
- Pro-actively share and report risks, issues, challenges, blockers and forthcoming tasks with the stakeholders and team
- Expertise in leading and managing technical aspects of API framework design and development
- Understanding of overall production Incidents / RCA for any feature that is delivered. \
- Working knowledge on --Java , Spring boot , microservices , AWS design , KAFKA ,Kubernetes ECS3 , Workflows such as Camunda BPM
Preferred Skills
Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (Jenkins, GitLab). Knowledge of Kafka is preferred.
