Senior Associate – Business Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp and proactive Senior Associate – Business Finance to join the Business Finance team, supporting revenue operations, planning cycles, and commercial decision-making for the unit. This is a high-exposure role suited for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in commercial finance within a fast-paced ad-tech environment — while also leveraging AI tools and automation to work smarter and drive better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Finance & Partnering

• Act as a trusted finance partner for the business, working closely with product, revenue, and operations teams.
• Support planning cycles — prepare monthly accruals, maintain revenue files, and build/update revenue and cost forecasts.
• Analyze financial trends, identify variances, and recommend actionable interventions.

Commercial & Deal Support

• Review cost and revenue contracts to identify key commercial terms, flag risks, and suggest improvements.
• Evaluate deal structures — prepare deal-level P&L templates, run scenario analyses, and check adherence to pricing/margin guidelines.
• Own periodic reconciliations between records, contracts, and actuals.

AI & Process Improvement

• Use AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate reporting, validate data, and build BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for real-time KPI visibility.
• Identify manual finance workflows and automate using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate).
• Support annual planning with data packs, models, and market research; document workflows for scale.
