Art Director

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with agency partners and internal resources to align on a creative direction and deliver assets 
• Design various marketing materials to support efforts in digital marketing/brand management, and advertising campaigns. 
• Create and develop impactful consumer-facing communication materials across digital channels. 
• Create visually engaging content for a variety of platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) 
• Develop creative assets for online advertising, paid search, and other paid media 

Skills & Competencies

• An experience in working with a creative/agency 
• Must be able to blend creativity with efficiency. 
• 3-6 years of innovative digital design with an inspiring track record of developing leading brands. 
• Ability to manage agency partners and vendors (If any) to meet design and quality standards, deadlines and budget requirements. 
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines 
• Ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision and flexibility of shifting priorities 
• Must enjoy working on a variety of brands with a fun team - multi-tasking is a must
• Must enjoy being creative
