About the role
From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Order Management Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Bengaluru.
In this role, you will lead the operational reporting, data visualization, and governance frameworks for our global Order Management function. You will build and maintain real-time operational dashboards (Looker, Salesforce, NetSuite, Google Workspace), track team SLAs, govern exception queues, and ensure clean data flows across our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) ecosystem. You will work closely with our US-based OM Lead in Oakland, India-based OM Analysts, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, and Systems Engineering.
Technologies You’ll Use
- Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Celigo, Looker / Power BI, Jira, Google Sheets (Advanced), Avalara, Zendesk, claude, chatgpt, gemini, Salesforce Billing
What You’ll Do
- Reporting & Dashboard Ownership: Build, maintain, and own global Order Operations dashboards in Looker, Salesforce, and Google Sheets to track bookings QA, order cycle times, error trends, and SLA performance.
- Status & Exception Queue Governance: Manage daily triage of blocked sales orders, integration errors (Celigo/NetSuite), and amendment backlogs; drive root-cause resolution across cross-functional teams.
- Order Validation & Deal Review: Conduct final reviews of complex, closed/won opportunities in Salesforce CPQ for policy compliance, pricing accuracy, contract terms, and revenue recognition alignment.
- Process Standardization & SOPs: Maintain and refine test cases, validation runbooks, exception handling playbooks, and SOPs as operations transition from offshore BPO partners.
- Automation & System Health: Partner with Systems Engineering to monitor order flow sync health across systems, execute UAT testing for new product/SKU releases, and provide data-driven feedback to tune validation rules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary regional escalation point for Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and Billing to resolve booking blockers and ensure audit-ready controls.
Skills We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ERP.
- Proven experience building operational dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Analytics.
- Demonstrated capability in analyzing QTC metrics (e.g., error rates, processing SLAs, queue backlogs) to drive process improvements.
- Strong understanding of subscription billing models (proration, co-terming, usage, renewals) and SOX control frameworks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-time-zone collaboration.
Optional (Bonus Skills)
- Basic SQL or data querying skills to extract and reconcile transactional data.
- Prior experience leading process transitions or knowledge transfer (KT) programs from offshore BPO teams.
- Exposure to middleware integration tools (e.g., Celigo).
