Role: Manager – Strategy and Planning

Reporting to: AVP – Strategy and Planning

Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and market dynamics. 

• Understand consumer behaviour and analyse a range of information in detail; including demographics, socioeconomics, and market dynamics for projects.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams viz. Creative and Account Mgmt to build integrated brand platform with the objective of presenting strategic plans and insights in a compelling and persuasive manner

Skills and Competencies

• Graduate / Post-graduate with 3 - 4 years of experience in a strategy & planning role with mainline or integrated advertising.

• Fair understanding of social/digital media

• A curious mind and a keen problem-solver using research and data insights to derive solutions.

• Detail-oriented, a strong communicator with ability to develop and lead effective presentations.

• Team player with strong intra-personal skills.
